Rigged, Corrupt, and False: The UN Just Accused Israel of “Extermination"
The Perpetual Inquisition: The UN’s Pillay Report and the Weaponization of International Law Against Israel
The UN’s latest accusation of “extermination” against Israel is not just false—it’s the culmination of a rigged, corrupt process designed to shield terrorists and slander the Jewish state.
International law was created to protect humanity from horrors like genocide, mass murder, and systemic oppression. But what happens when those very laws are hijacked—used not to protect the innocent, but to cover for terrorists and smear their victims?
Welcome to the world of the UN Human Rights Council’s Commission of Inquiry on Israel, chaired by Navi Pillay. The COI’s latest June 2025 report accuses Israel of the crime of extermination—a grotesque inversion of reality that exposes the entire commission for what it is: propaganda in legal drag.
The UN’s Permanent Inquisition
Unlike past UN inquiries that had defined time frames, this Commission of Inquiry is permanent. Established after the 2021 Hamas-Israel war, it was designed to create an endless cycle of condemnation against Israel, regardless of facts. The COI doesn’t just investigate events—it investigates Israel’s existence.
Its leadership? Activists pretending to be in judges’ robes.
Navi Pillay has long lobbied for sanctions against Israel and supports the antisemitic BDS movement.
Miloon Kothari publicly ranted about “the Jewish lobby,” comments so outrageous even the U.S. condemned them as “antisemitic, inappropriate, and corrosive.”
Chris Sidoti mocked accusations of antisemitism, claiming that “Jews throw around accusations of antisemitism like rice at a wedding.”
This is not impartiality. This is a rigged trial. The methodology behind the COI's latest report has raised significant concerns, particularly regarding its lack of transparency. The report relies heavily on anonymous testimony and unverifiable sources, with little to no forensic evidence to back up its claims.
The Legal Case: Why the Pillay Report Fails
A devastating legal analysis by UN Watch’s Dina Rovner exposes the full extent of the deception. Here’s how the June 2025 Pillay report collapses under scrutiny:
1. One-Sided and Selective
The COI claims to address attacks in both Israel and Gaza—but 97% of its report is dedicated to condemning Israel. Hamas’s indiscriminate rocket fire on civilians? Mentioned briefly, only to blame Israel for “not having enough bomb shelters” in Bedouin villages.
Psychological trauma of Israeli children living in bomb shelters for months? Ignored. The slaughter and rape of Israeli civilians on October 7? Barely acknowledged.
2. Excusing Hamas’s War Crimes
The report ignores Hamas’s systematic use of human shields. Schools, mosques, and aid facilities in Gaza have been booby-trapped—admitted by IDF commanders, confirmed by experts, and even openly admitted by Hamas leaders like Yahya Sinwar.
Yet the COI largely dismisses these war crimes as “unverified” and instead blames Israel for civilian deaths.
It also whitewashes Hamas’s exploitation of Palestinian children, who are indoctrinated into jihad in UNRWA schools and even used as child soldiers. This, too, is ignored.
3. Reliance on Hamas-Provided Casualty Numbers

The Commission treats Hamas’s casualty reports as gospel, despite extensive evidence that the numbers are manipulated, include combatants, and even count children used as fighters. In one shocking statistic, 65% of killed teens aged 13–17 were male—suggesting many were fighters, not bystanders.
Meanwhile, IDF reports based on military intelligence are dismissed as “unverified.”
4. Inventing Crimes, Ignoring Real Ones
The COI falsely claims that Israeli forces deliberately destroyed schools and cultural sites with no military necessity, despite evidence showing that these demolitions were strategic military buffer zones.
Incredibly, the COI used satellite images of parked cars to claim there was no threat—without any access to classified IDF intelligence or operational context.
This isn’t law—it’s guesswork masquerading as legal analysis.
5. Selective Archaeology, Distorted History
The report falsely accuses Israel of using archaeology to “erase” Palestinian culture. But who’s really destroying historical sites? The Palestinian Authority has bulldozed ancient Jewish fortresses, vandalized Second Temple-era ruins, and dug illegal trenches on the Temple Mount to destroy Jewish artifacts.
6. Protecting Muslim Prayer, Denying Jewish Rights

Muslim worship on the Temple Mount is sacred, but Jewish prayer? The COI calls it a “provocation.” This, despite the fact that only under Israeli control has Jerusalem been open to worshippers of all faiths.
7. Excusing Incitement
The COI blames Israel for restricting educators who praised Hamas’s October 7 massacres. Apparently, supporting mass murder is just “expressing opinions,” according to the UN. Meanwhile, actual incitement to murder Israelis in Palestinian schools is completely ignored.
8. Ignoring Palestinian Terror Attacks on Jewish Sites
Attacks on Jewish holy sites like Joseph’s Tomb or Joshua’s Tomb? Nowhere to be found in the report. Palestinian incitement leading to escalations of violence? Deleted from history. The Second Intifada, the April-May 2021 riots—all blamed on Israel, despite ample evidence of Palestinian leaders orchestrating the violence.
9. Using Already-Resolved Cases as Evidence
Some of the “violations” cited were already addressed by Israeli courts, military investigations, or disciplinary actions—proof that Israeli democracy works, not evidence of war crimes.
Example: Israeli soldiers disciplined, Israeli teachers reinstated by courts, settlers arrested for vandalism. But for the UN, due process doesn’t count if the accused is Israeli.
A Fixed Inquiry, A Rigged Trial
This is not oversight. It’s not human rights. This is what Anne Herzberg of NGO Monitor calls “a main vector of atrocity denial and inversion.” The Commission accuses Israel of the very crimes Hamas commits—because the outcome was predetermined.
As Hillel Neuer of UN Watch put it:
“This U.N. inquiry was rigged from the start. They picked all pro-Hamas figures to be the commissioners. The inquiry is as objective as a Stalinist show trial.”
Defund the Lie
It’s time for responsible nations to stop funding this circus.
The United States, under a new administration, should cut all financial support to the UN bodies bankrolling this farce.
European democracies that value integrity should follow suit.
Civil society should stop giving the UN the benefit of the doubt.
The Pillay Commission is not justice. It’s a war on truth. And like every inquisition before it, it deserves one thing only: exposure and defeat.
If you stand for truth over propaganda, share this post.
Support organizations like UN Watch and NGO Monitor that are fighting to expose this global farce. The world doesn’t need more rigged reports. It needs moral clarity. It is time for the world to demand an end to this perpetual inquisition.
The UN is pathetic. Among other things, the population of Palestinians has stayed constant. Clearly no genocide/extermination is occurring.
